 •   Responsibilities:

 •   Validation Tooling Concepts / Costs / Lead times

 •   Controlling/Monitoring Tooling Progress (Target versus Actual) with regards to timing and costs

 •   Change Management Tooling (Change Implementation in time and in costs)

 •   Ensure full visibility of tooling readiness, status, progress and costs

 •   Track lead times versus customer milestones

 •   Maintain full inventory of tooling

 •   Support PM in regards to program tracking

 •   Interact with suppliers and customer

 •   Qualification:

 •   Diploma and above degree with technical education background

 •   At least 5 years’ relevant working experience in automobile plastic tooling field

 •   Pro-active problem solving techniques

 •   Good communication and negotiation skills

 •   Good written and oral English skill
